Pelvic Physiotherapy

Assessment and rehabilitation of the pelvic floor, with discreet one-to-one follow-up.

Pelvic physiotherapy treats the muscles and structures of the pelvic floor, which support the bladder, uterus and bowel and play a part in urinary control, sexual function and posture. When these muscles are weakened or too tense, uncomfortable symptoms can appear.

After a careful assessment, a personalised plan is set up with exercises, manual techniques, education on habits and breathing, and body-awareness training. The whole process respects your privacy and goes at your own pace.
