Osteopathy

A hands-on, whole-body approach that looks for the cause of your pain and movement restrictions, not just the place where you feel it.

Osteopathy is a manual therapy that assesses the body as a whole: joints, muscles, fascia and organs. Through gentle mobilisation, stretching and tension-release techniques, the osteopath works to restore mobility and the balance between the different structures of the body.

After a conversation about your history and complaints, a postural and mobility assessment is carried out. Treatment is adapted to each person and may include joint, muscular, visceral and cranial techniques, always respectful and pain-free.
